Your Training/History:  I was abducted by culinary aliens, whom after much probing, instilled the ways of space age cooking deep inside me.     


Your Specialties: Gumbo, crayfish hushpuppies, Joe's Special, charro beans, casino/resort buffets, whole menus of fermented foods, general's favorite parmegrated.     


Why You Became a Chef:  To rid the city from from extra tall, bespectacled chefs with corny catchphrases.       


Why you think you can win this event:  Because Guy Fieri and I are close personal friends.
